DEPARTURE
AUH airport was such a mess, very small and crowded. Their were plenty of comfortable seats. Very
few restaurants, duty free fairly small. Staff were very unpolite. Check-In was horrible. Boarding
process was a mess. AUh airport is really bad.
CABIN
Clean modern A340-500, nice lighting and carpet. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. Very nice
and clean aircraft.

SEATING
Seat was wide and comfortable. Legroom
was great. Footrest good.
CATERING
Meal was adequate, I don't know why Etihad is awarded best economy catering. The
only thing I like about their meals are dessert which is mostly chocolate mousse
cake and ice cream cake.. Food were served numerous for a 12hr 45 flight.
Breakfast was awful. dinner okay. Refreshments/snack are excellent.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Very outstanding IFE, hundreds of games and latest movies. The ptv is really
wide and its touchscreen. The controllers are located in the side which is very uncomfortable and I kept changing
the channel accidentally.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
FA's were very friendly and harworking but on a 12hr 45 flight, I wondered why where are they? They
only show up during meal time. Overall friendly and smiling flight attendant.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Arrival services was excellent, most FA assisted passengers getting out and getting carry-on
baggage.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
Check-In in AUH was a mess, limited toilet,food and etc. Boarding was a riot with no priority
boarding on disables, elderly and passengers with infants. FA were friendly, food ok. IFE
excellent. Seat comfort legroom and cabin cleanliness was excellent.
