DEPARTURE
The check in at MIA was nothing special, but by no means bad. The admirals club was comfortable, but
by no means compared to other International Carriers lounges in on of their premiere cities.
CABIN
The cabin was spotless, trendy and sleek. Good lighting and nice Navy and Grey feeling.

SEATING
The first class seats on the 777 are up to par. The swivel feature is nice however difficult to
operate in a pre landing time crunch. More than adequate space for working, dining or curling up
with a movie.
CATERING
The wine selection was quite good. There were 4 choices of entrees. Everything I had was above
average for airline meals.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment system had quality movies, however there were only 15 or so channels. Enough when
all the movies are top notch choices though.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
The cabin staff was attentive and personable. The appearance of the staff for the most part was a
bit haggard and sloppy.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Arrivals in LHR were very organised and helpful by AA ground staff. They were efficient and eager to
answer questions for connections.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
All in all AA does a good job for a U.S. carrier. The planes are comfortable and trendy, the service
is efficient and the catering is of quality. The cabin crew needs a bit more training in the
grooming department, and possible more flattering uniforms.
