DEPARTURE

Los Angeles is a very busy airport, but anyway, Tom Bradley Terminal is worse than Moscow Sheremetyevo - very long queues and ununderstandable way to the gate.

CABIN

That was B767-300 aircraft with new leather seats, cabin itself was very clean and good-looking, though some seats were already broken!

SEATING

Comfortable 2-3-2 seating with dark blue leather seats. Legroom was better than on other carriers, so was the seat pitch, but there were neither legrests nor headrests, but that doesn't make any sence for me. Otherwise, IFE was horrible because in fact there wasn't any entertainment, even on big screens. But seats were great, and I could take a row to myself, so no problem!

CATERING

Meals were very good-I ordered special Seafood meal- tasty, fresh and nice, though plasctic cutlery wasn't great. There were no drink rounds which is bad for 13 hour flight.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Service was efficient , but after the meal they dissapeared for more than 8 hours! Female crew members were charming, but male crew was unpolite and when I asked one of them about some entertainment (I've heard that they have playing cards), he said: "Maybe I shall dance for you?" Horrible.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Moscow SVO was rather efficient for such a bad airport, in less than 5 minutes we passed the security, but had to wait for our luggage for 40 minutes!

CUSTOMER VERDICT

We chosed Aeroflot because there was no alternative to fly to LA. In Soviet times this airline was horrible, but now things are going better! I can recomend Aeroflot if you don't mind lack of IFE and comfort is the main thing for you! By the way, flight was exactly on time!
