DEPARTURE

Airport ground-crew very friendly and helpful, plane took off on time.


CABIN

Plane looked a little old on the inside, seats relatively comfortable. The inflight entertainment needs an overhaul to catchup with other airlines of its size - ie movies in english !


SEATING

Flight was not full, so I had the two seats for myself. The seats were clean and relatively comfortable.


CATERING

Meals were very average compared to other airlines I have flown on ! Selection of soft-drinks very limited, they only had coke.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

When I asked for an extra blanket onboard, the stewardess gave me a really angry look, almost as if I had interrupted her break !


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

In Buenos Aires, ground crew are hopeless ! They dont speak english, with my limited knowledge of Spanish and portuguese I was just able to get by.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Not overly impressed, would rather pay a little more for a quality airline.
