DEPARTURE
Dublin is too small for the likes of Aer Lingus and Ryanair. Check-in was crazy but the Aer Lingus
staff were great and it was only a 10 minute wait. We left Dublin on-time.
CABIN
The Airbus A330 had a very nice 2x2x2 seating with very nice shades of green and blue. The Irish
literature that is found on the seats in economy is on the carpet instead and looks very good. The
lighting in the cabin was good and was slowly changed as the sky got darker outside.
SEATING
The seats were very comfy and soft. They reclined well but not fully flat. Aer Lingus maintain the
Premier seats well but they are old.
CATERING
Food was great. I was served a coffee, salmon rolls, chicken pate on bread and a selection of
pastries. Main meal was chicken with rice curry and vegetables and a glass of white wine. Desert was
a flan with cheese and biscuts. All the food was good and was served with a smile.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Professional and looked like they enjoyed their job.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Arrived on-time in a dark Dubai. The airport is very nice and resembles a shopping centre more than
an airport.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
This flight was on of the best flights I have had with Aer Lingus long-haul and the Premier class
has improved since Aer Lingus went "low cost".
