ECONOMY CLASS - Rome to Turin return

DEPARTURE
Outbound efficient and friendly check-in, aerobridge used. Crew kept passengers informed of their
flight status. Inbound flight withour aerobridge, and we're crammed like sardines into buses that
shuttle us to our plane.
CABIN
Grass-green colour a little funny. Cabin satisfactory. However, washrooms a little messy.
SEATING
2x3 configuration pleasant. Sufficient legroom. Seats a little outdated though.
CATERING
75 minutes flight with a selection of juices / beer, with biscuits if requested. Biscuits tasteless,
but drinks plentiful.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Average cabin crew. No greetings upon boarding, vanished after serving refreshments, and no
goodbyes.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Both times my baggage were nearly forced open. Inbound I lost a lock on my baggage zip, and outbound
I lost a strap, while another was dangling beside my luggage. Again no aerobridge outbound.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
Major improvements needed on cabin crew and consistency of services. A future potential if managed
well.
