DEPARTURE
Check-In was very efficient. No queues. Lounge was packed. Air France's Terminal C lounge is
always crowded. AF does not announce flights which means you have to constantly check the screen.
No priority boarding, no business / first lane which means that you leave the lounge and join a long
boarding queue.
CABIN
Brand new B777-300. Clean, pleasant colours. New business class product.
SEATING
Seat is quite good but could be better. Does not become totally lie-flat like other airlines.
Movies continue to be an appalling feature on AF. Only six movies, half of which were also on
previous month's program !
CATERING
Meals were very good quality. However still surprised that the French national airline does not
offer warm pastries in the morning. Even their competitors offer warm croissants.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Fine but nothing special. Whether in business or first, you feel like "one more" on Air France. Did
not feel like a premium passenger.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Nothing to report. First through immigration as usual when flying in a premium cabin.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
You pay a premium but you don't feel special. Airlines like Singapore or Thai make you feel like
the only business class customer travelling on the airline that day. On Air France you are just
one more. The In Flight Entertainment is really appalling.
