DEPARTURE

Check in smooth with few passengers. Louge at Linate however of very poor quality: cramp, tired looking, dirty and poor selection of drinks and snacks


CABIN

The MD-82 has been in service a long time but the heavy green of the Alitalia interior seems to keep it feeling reasonable fresh inside.


SEATING

Seats very comfortable


CATERING

Surprisingly good. Large, and juicy, chicken with risotto and spinach and nice bresaola salade.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Professional. Purser a little frosty but her colleague in Business was very cheery. What was evident, and nice, was they were all working for each other.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Heathrow never the greatest in this regard. Waited on tarmac for 10 mins before getting to the gate. No reason given.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Pleasant flight. Nice food and very comfortable.
