DEPARTURE

Poor, departed from terminal C, just too many people in such a small place. Many flights leaving at the same time, very crowded and noisy. Not well organized, the plane wasn't boarded according to row numbers.


CABIN

Good, refreshing. Nice colours. Clean.


SEATING

Seats were ok, but there was no individual screens in this 747. Poor legroom for such a long flight, as any other airline.


CATERING

Very good, simple, and fresh food. One lunch and one dinner on this eleven hours flight. Between meals beverages, sandwiches and ice cream (not enough for everybody though) were available.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Friendly and helpful.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

We deplaned really fast and customs was quick too. SFO airport is really nice compared to CDG.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

A very good trip. The flight didn't seem long at all.
