DEPARTURE

Arrived Toronto at Terminal 2 from Atlanta. A long walk from one end of T2 to Canada Customs, clear customs, then a long walk to the other end of T2 to catch the shuttle. The shuttle is air side, everybody has to go through security check before boarding the bus.

CABIN

AC115 to Vancouver is a B767. Cabin clean and seats appeared well used.

SEATING

Got my pre-assigned aisle seat. Typical Air Canada seat pitch of 32" which is generous compared to 31" in most US airlines.

CATERING

Drinks offered about 1 hours after take off. Followed by a hot dinner with a choice of fish or beef and pasta. Food is OK and tasty. Coffee and tea are offered when finished serving the dinner. Water is offered about every hour for this 4 hour flight.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Friendly and professional. Free newspaper is offered to passengers.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Getting off the plane is quick. Parked next to the commuter flight gate at Vancouver so very convenient for passengers connecting to other BC destinations.

CUSTOMER VERDICT

Excellent service and the hot dinner is good. Definitely will recommend this to others.
