DEPARTURE

Check-in at Terminal 2F was a bit long because AF suspended it for 20 minutes. However, the man at the check-in was very friendly and apologised. After this little disagreement we boarded the plane (Airbus A321) without any problem.


CABIN

The cabin was very clean and the ambience very relaxing.


SEATING

Seats were comfortable, with adjustable headrests but the seat pitch could have been better. However, it was enough for a medium-range flight.


CATERING

Free and large choice of beverages. Bretzels and crackers. Excellent catering for a 2 hours flight in economy class.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Staff smiling and helpful. They spoke good English.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Very long wait for baggage delivery but the handler was Alitalia so I think AF is not to blame.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Excellent service which is becoming quite unusual on medium-range flights. The only bad point was the arrival in Fiumicino airport.
