DEPARTURE
I was supposed to fly on Economy class (Tempo) and asked the seat 23A just behind the business to
have more space for the legs. Airline representative directly upgrade me to business. Lucky I was to
be one of the first to check-in. No time to line up.
CABIN
Nice combination of grey and blue. No magazines available (you have to go to Economy class to get
it!)
SEATING
Very impressive with a lot of legroom. Seats are very comfortable.
CATERING
Choice of 2 entrées, 2 main courses, cheese and 2 desserts. Sorbets for dessert. The food was very
tasty. Breakfast, fruit salad, yogurt and croissants. The best airline breakfast ever. The pancakes
were soft and the pineapple compote delicious.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Air France staff do not have such a good reputation and it is a shame from French! The business
class service is not up to standard. The flight attendant did not know how to open champagne and
give you the impression passengers bother them especially for special request.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Had to wait for 40 minutes to get back the luggage.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
Good impression, will be much better if Air France really would care about customer service instead
of focusing on the yield!
