DEPARTURE

Boarding was handled with a sufficient number of agents so no queeing at the gate. We had to take a bus to get to the plane and that occured a bit of a delay. However all professionaly handled.


CABIN

One of the newer Airbuses A340. Typical AF colours, very clean and elegant, nice music upon boarding.


SEATING

Seat pitch is OK on this Airbus. Seating is 2 - 4 - 2 in Economy and you just feel fine. Definitely better than on 747.


CATERING

Very good. Fresh and cripsy, OK portions for an economy cabin I would say. Free champagne during the flight (although not a well known label), all drinks at your disposal, food sufficient. Fresh bread rolls served with every meal.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Smiling, nice and friendly, mostly young crew members. Every request was responded without any problems.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Easy and pleasant, pretty much on time. Landing was smooth and this was highly appreciated.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Very good flight. I feel AF is improving a lot especially on these frequent routes. The crews are perfect, nice and friendly.
