DEPARTURE

Express check in and fast luggage drop. Very efficient. Gate area was packed and one of the agents was very stressed and rather rude with the customers. Flight was oversold and they were busy trying to upgrade and give seat assignments


CABIN

A320 which was clean and looked new. Boarding music was playing. Crew were at the front door greeting paxs. I was greeted by name which was nice with a smile. 6 small ceiling hinged IFE screens were available for the 5 rows (20 seats) in this cabin.


SEATING

A320 / 5 rows in a 2X2 configuration. The pitch was fair but given it is a narrowbody aircraft, to be expected. Seat was overall comfortable with folding headrest.


CATERING

Full bar service (2 rounds) offered with cashews. Hot towels and then a tray was distributed with a greek salad and hot bread. Appetizer plates were cleared and a hot entree was served in a nice resto looking white bowl. There were 3 choices of dinners (shrinp, vegetarian tortellini and Southwestern chicken). I had the chicken which was at the right temperature. It was served on rice and had a flavorful medley of corn and black beans and a spicy tomato sauce. Decent portion. A chocolate covered strawberry was on the tray for dessert. Continual replenishment of drinks and wine throughout the meal service. About 75 minutes prior to landing, a hot cookie (choice) (baked inflight!) was served with a small container of 'Gelato Fresco' vanilla ice cream. The cookies were slightly overcooked and the ice cream quite melted, but it was still very good!


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Crew were friendly and cheerful. The young female working the cabin took some time to interact with the customers and joke around a bit. It was well received.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Fast deplaning process and only about a 15 minute wait for luggage.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Very good. Would highly recommend AC's Exec Class service. The highlight was the meal service! I would have given it 5 stars if the airport gate service had matched the in-flight service. Also, the entertainment played the duration of the flight with News, Day After Tomorrow film and a medley of short programs. All enjoyable.
