DEPARTURE

Over-crowded CDG Terminals : 31st of July if the big departure day. Half of the Terminal C was evacuated for 30 minutes due to unattended luggage. Luckily I had already checked-in and could proceed to gate on time. Quick check-in. AF has become very strict strict with baggage allowance and does not tolerate extra 2 kilos any more - had to pay, but this is the rule, nothing to complain about ! Boarding was quick although with busses once again !


CABIN

Brand new Airbus A330. Nice and clean !


SEATING

Very good on the A330. Comfortable, nice TV screen and good selection ( could catch up with the latest movies and watched 3 up to Jeddah ).


CATERING

Very good although the same menu I have had on a CDG-Los Angeles 4 weeks ago. Lunch between CDG and CAI and snack between CAI and JED. Good quality and quantity, Bread still very good.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Classy, smiling and professional on both legs (change of crew in CAI).


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Very quick. Jeddah Terminal was empty and all was processed very very quickly.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Very good flight, including superb views of the Adriatic and Greek costs. But still had to stay on board during the stop in Cairo.
