DEPARTURE

Crowded Jeddah Terminal as usual but once I reached the Air France check-in, it was very quick. I was invited to the local VIP lounge and could enjoy some quietness prior to departure. Boarding with busses as the planes are parked away from the terminal.


CABIN

My first flight on a Airbus A330. Superb, brand new and clean.


SEATING

Very comfortable new seats. Good angle to sleep and not to close to each other. Good entertainment selection and good size for the TV screen.


CATERING

Good dinner between Jeddah and Cairo (enjoyed the glass of French wine so much). Breakfast prior to landing in Paris. Good quality overall, nothing special to highlight.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Very attentive and professional, discrete and smiling.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Immigration was very slow (2 agents checking hundreds of early morning arriving passengers ). Baggage waiting for us already. Welcome to Paris !


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Very good flight although having to stay on board during the two hour stop in Cairo makes you feel a bit bored. Walking through the terminal could be nice.
