DEPARTURE

A bit unorganized but still efficient. Delayed because of completely full plane and too many people to board at one time.


CABIN

Old Boeing 747. Cabin seemed used and tired. When boarding the lights were quite dimmed so the atmosphere was not really that welcoming.


SEATING

Typical AF business class seats. Nothing to comment, they are very good.


CATERING

Food was excellent and fresh. The menu included a daily special which was gone after serving two rows in Business. That was a little bit disappointing. Wines very good, champagne was Lanson.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Could be better. Not really friendly, not really personalized. One young attendant was quite rude when talking to one passanger who did not know how to open the table. Instead of helping him she just stood there and looked at him.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Very good, the luggage arrived soon in Mexico.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Good flight, good food but the service could be much better and personalized. I really missed it on a 12 hour flight.
