DEPARTURE

Heathrow Terminal 4 was quite simply in chaos on the day I departed London. With all available floor space taken up with people queueing, and very arrogant BAA airport staff ordering people around. Check in required a 30 minute queue.


CABIN

A new A319, everything was clean and tidy.


SEATING

Club class offers 2x2 configuration (ie 3x3 with middle seat unsold).


CATERING

Boarding drinks of orange juice or water, and 3 course meal tray, cheese with traditional Maltese biscuits with coffee. All very good.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Friendly, polite and efficient in the service. As I was travelling alone, one or two of them made a point of starting a conversation with me.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Club class bus takes Business Class passengers to the terminal, allowing you to get through Passport control before the rush begins. Bags arrived within ten minutes, with Club class bags arriving first.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

An excellent flight. The down side to this flight was the check in at London Heathrow.
