DEPARTURE

Being a 747-400 there were plenty of people in the waiting room, the entrance was quite disorganized but it worked very well.


CABIN

I was astonished to see the same seats as in the A330, they are quite nice and have PTV's. A very new cabin, attractive color mixture.


SEATING

Very nice seats, but a drawback is the IFE box under the seat which is located under the middle seat of the side rows. Nice legroom, and well designed devices for hoding drinks and coats.


CATERING

Quite nice and no plastic tasting food. Good selection of drinks. I didn't suffer inflight hunger due to the good distribution of food schedule and the inflight bar.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

FA's made at least the effort to speak Spanish - I don't know why people say that Air France's FA's discriminate non French speaking passengers ?


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

A very rapid way to deplane in CDG, averything was fast, airport was almost empty and I could see ground staff giving directions to lost passengers.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Nice cabin crew, good food, good seats, clean cabin, and the most important of all good safety procedures - hhat else should we need?
