DEPARTURE

Pretty adequate. Used my "elite" card to check in at the premium counter. Check in took less than 5 mins. Toronto Airport however, is extremely poor. There is nothing to do, and i found my self extremely bored for the 30 mins left before boarding.

CABIN

The Boeing 767-300ER was extremely old, tired and word. The seats were brown, and the cabin was very dirty. I found old headseats in the seat pocket, and empty cans under my seat.

SEATING

Due to being seated in the first row of economy (bulkhead), I had acres of space. There was at least a 40" seat pitch, but i could easily put my legs in the aisle with minimal discomfort. The recline was better than most airlines.

CATERING

Not bad. For a 7hr flight, we were served : Breakfast, Ice Cream and a snack. It was O.K, nothing special, but it wasnt horrible either.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Horrible. When I asked what types of egg their was, the cabin crew in charge got annoyed, and said just look at it, plomping it on my tray. The flight was empty, and when i tried to move to a better seat, the cabin crew said "You have to sit in the assigned seat". Very rude.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Adequate. Bags were out very quickly and security was fine.

CUSTOMER VERDICT

Overall many ups and downs. I would not fly Air Canada again by choice.
