DEPARTURE

Being the first Aeromexico flight in the day, it was quite fast - ORD airport has got no Duty Free though.


CABIN

A very old cabin, but everything worked okay.


SEATING

3x3 seating on economy - we got the first row, it was an excellent seat.


CATERING

One of the best, I suppose I say this because just a few airlines give food to their passengers nowadays free - Aeromexico claims that it is one of few airlines that have free food service on every flight.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Attentive cabin crew, very good service. I saw FA's every five minutes or so.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Fast and we deplaned without any wait.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Excellent ariline - but I guess it is no good the reputation it has.
