This is a Qantas/British Airways lounge, and Jetstar passengers in rows 1-6 are eligible to use it - which we
hadn't previously realised. We fly DWN-SIN regularly with Jetstar. We spent 6 hours in the Qantas Business Lounge
at Singapore with 2 children due to connections. It has plenty of comfy seats, a few TVs, computers/internet
access for free. Food is basic snacks, but adequate. Large range of soft and alcoholic drinks. Lounge is
peaceful. Staff very good and lounge was kept very tidy during busy period.

The Gold Coast Lounge in Australia, is a great place. Very confortable lounge, spaciously with
a big plasma TV and two dedicated kid’s areas including a mini cinema. The complimentary food
and beverages (including wine and champagne) are good. Also the customer service. Is a very
cheap option ($9.95 pre booked or $15 on the counter).

Only opens 2 hours before departure, selection of wine, sandwiches, pies and a very nice
Mushroom soup. $15 each to use the lounge, but cheaper online. Good wireless internet etc but
only 1 computer terminal.

My family and I had the pleasure of using the new Jetstar Gold Coast lounge and
can highly recommend it to all Jetstar passengers flying out of the Gold Coast.
$5AUS per adult introductory rate with kids 6 and under free! Understand normal
charge is expected to be around $10-15 per adult. Lounge is located after
security check so passengers only. Made to feel very welcome, kids are extremely
welcome - they even have a kids movie room and a play area loaded with books,
toys and a kids tv. One of my kids is autistic and it was the perfect place for
him to wait for plane with plenty to keep him entertained. Several families
using lounge. Food was just superb with pancakes and cakes for morning tea then
all sorts of delicacies brought out for lunch including sushi, soup, quiches,
rolls, cold meats and salads. Self service bar with good range of drinks, wines.
Lounge was extremely clean and staff very efficient and helpful. Even if it
costs you $15 in future to use it is well worth it as food prices in terminal
are high. Jetstar is onto a winner here and lets hope they introduce more
lounges around the network!
