Review:   7 December 2007

Aircraft:  A330-300

Name:  Petri Hottola

Position:  Aisle

Layout:   2x4x2

PAX size:  Large

Recommended :  No

Comfort Score :  2/10

3 Star rating  Legroom space

One of the least attractive seats in the industry. Fixed armrests (no use for empty neighboring seats), seat too narrow (+bulky control unit painfully pressing your thigh & unavailable & not visible "down there"), tray space too narrow (possible to use, but uncomfortable), recline rather limited & no working support for head (I am 1.86 tall, average+ for a Scandinavian), seat belt exceptionally short. Exit seats across the aisle were even worse (window seat had space for just one leg!). It is a pity, otherwise they did very well. On time, organized, helpful, good meals.
