The first Section of Coach seems to have more leg room than the second Section. I could actually sleep (doze?) reasonably well. The seat comfort is better than the 777's we have travelled in. The plane also seems quieter. AVOD box appears to be much the same size as all the others and it gets in the way on all aircraft - time somebody re-thought this device. I would much prefer less video and more foot space.

I recently flew from LGW-MSP-LGW on NWA in economy and managed to book two exit row seats. These were great. On the way back, however, all seats had gone when we went to check-in online, 11 hour before the flight. I found that all seats were booked and that our two seats were in the middle of the aircraft, with a seat taken on either side of us. I thought that this was rather stupid as they should have put two people travelling together by an aisle. The flight was absolutely full and one thing I noticed was that people had been separated from each other. People were seated all over the cabin. This struck me as being odd. However, NWA seats are quite wide so I thought it'd be alright - I could sleep comfortably throughout the night flight. I couldn't have been further from the truth. As soon as we sat down we discovered that there were two large IFE boxes underneath the seats in front of us. These were larger than any I have ever seen and took up ALL leg room - they were the exact width and height of the small space I usually attempt to stretch my legs. I was horrified. I've come across this before, but the boxes are usually a third of the size of these ones. Worst of all, the two aisle seats on either side of us had nothing at all under the seat in front of them.

I am glad to be arranged to be seated on the bulkhead row aisle seat. The legroom was spacious. I enjoyed my flights
