This airlines seating arrangements were dire. The seats my wife and I were assigned were impossible
to sit in. Fortunately there were some untaken and we moved to a row of 3 which we had between us!
The magazine pouches were steel wire braced and badly maintained ,making knee comfort impossible. (We
are tall yes but not overly, average weight, agile and fit)

Dreadful seating, very cramped, even for myself, and I'm only 5ft1'. My partner,
who is over 6 ft, sat in the aisle seat, and was constantly being hit by the
drinks/snacks/food trolleys.

I have never in my life been so trapped in an aircraft seat, unable to move my legs and unable to put my handbag under the seat in front. I did at
one stage start to feel rather unwell and hemmed in. In the event of a problem there would have been
no way that I could have put on my life jacket or gone into the "Brace" position.
