The seat itself is very comfortable with good leg room and lumbar support. The recline seems to be less than it used to be compared to the old seats prior to the installation of in-seat TV screens. The only negative is that the seats seem a bit narrow.

The seat was overall acceptable. It has slightly wider seat pitch compared to other airlines. Very comfortable, although in some aircraft the seat is a little hard.

747 Seat seems a little narrower than the 777. Also, there seems to be slightly less room in the 747 - seat seems thicker. Could be my imagination.

Seat pitch well above average, good quality seats – overall comfortable experience. 2x5x2 cabin layout excellent for couples and reduces the number of passengers who are two seats away from an aisle to only one per row.

Generous foot rest, the seat recline maybe need some improvement. However fantastic cabin service sometimes divert your attention to this matter.

I sat in Row 60. I chose this because at this point in the plane there can only be two seats to the left and right of the aircraft, although there were four seats in the middle. Row 60 and those behind me had more room.
