On the overnight London to Nairobi, as much opportunity to sleep as possible! KQ's Y- class seats are good value for money. IFE is good quality and I managed to get at least 3.5 hours of pretty much undisturbed sleep! The seats are pretty well padded and tray tables easy to stow, and the width is very good for economy.
