Seats are a curved steel plate with a very thin cushion, so are VERY uncomfortable for more than an hour at a time - pins & needles in the posterior! Seatback is a very odd shape and gives no support to the lower back. During flights to and from Cuba, the aisles were blocked continuously with standing passengers.
