Review:   21 November 2007

Aircraft:  Boeing 767-300

Name:  Chris Stoever (Germany)

Position:  Window

Layout:   2x3x2

PAX size:  Large

Recommended :  No

Comfort Score :  4/10

3 Star Rating  Legroom space

Row 7 in Economy is offering more leg-room. Biggest problem, tray-tables are in the armrest and so not movable. Advantage, you will have your own TV-screen mounted on the wall. Row 22 in Economy is offering as an Emergency Exit row alsp more leg-room, but pls. avoid! Its very close to the toilets, seat is not reclining, tray tables in not movable armrests and no view on the TV screens- also no wall mounted screens! On top, it is getting very cold due to the exit. Row 23 in Economy, xtra leg-room seats for xtra cash. Much better, movable armrests, good recline, better views on the screens, but it is getting very cold and draughty.

Row 11 and in Economy is offering as an Emergency Exit row also more leg-room, but pls. avoid! Its very close to the toilets, seat is not reclining, tray tables in not movable armrests, no window- view and most often used as crew rest seats. On top, it is getting very cold due to the exit. Same problem for Exit row 41, so pls. avoid! Its very close to the toilets, seat is not reclining, tray tables in not movable armrests, no window-view and restricted leg-room due to the lavatory- wall. On top, it is getting very cold due to the exit. Row 27, also exit row, more leg-room but not reclining seats. Row 28, also Exit row, more leg-room but reclining seats. Row 12A/B/C and F, also Exit row, more legroom, but close to lavatories. Seat 42A, also Exit seat, not reclining, great leg-room. Row 42 D/E/F, also Exit seat, restricted leg-room to the crew-jump-seat opposite on take-off and landing, close to the toilets, but reclining seats.

Condor is a charter carrier and fine for flights within Europe. For flights longer then 3 hours, the Economy Seats a a struggle. On a 14 hour trip from Frankfurt to San Josť, those seats are just a nightmare.
