TAP uses the ANA lounge at Porto Airport. Lounge with good selection of snacks and drinks. There is no
bathroom. Workstations and no wi-fi, including chargers for smartphones.

The lounge has a reasonable quantity and quality of drinks, sandwiches and various snacks. Comfortable
chairs, with wi-fi and desktop workstations. TAP employees especially rude in dealing with passengers.
The lounge has only three toilets, insufficient for the large number of passengers in the lounge.

The outsourced lounge that Tap uses in Miami is a complete joke! $35 if you want to use the showers, no food
(although we were allowed to watch the 'first' class passengers eating dried sandwiches behind the glass doors
which separated the two class's), wine served from 2.5 litre bottles, and staff that frankly are more interested in
chatting in spanish loudly enough for all to hear than clear tables. Tap have a great lounge in Lisbon so utilising this
one in Miami is a real shame for their new route.

Nice ambience, spacious comfortable lounge, reasonable selection of drinks and sandwiches, though
nothing hot. Delicious Portuguese baked custard pastries! Couple of free internet terminals, and range of
newspapers in different languages. Desk attendant helpful. One of the better lounges in Europe, and the food
selection puts other Star Alliance European airlines to shame!

On the plus side the lounge is quiet, clean and spacious with comfortable seating, free internet
access, television, multi-language newspapers, drinks machines and a good selection of both alcoholic
and non-alcoholic drinks.
On the negative side a choice of plain sweet or savoury biscuits and boiled sweets is hardly
adequate catering. Croissants and muffins for early departures with possibly sandwiches later would
be an improvement.
Toilets (no showers) are clean but minimal - one male and one female only.
