Awful! Nobody on the desk when first came in then was shouted at 5 minutes later when she
returned. No toilets in lounge. Alcoholic drinks not included. Only drinks available were soft
drinks from a dispenser or tea/coffee. No crisps or biscuits, just some stale cakes and
sandwiches. Only saving grace was reasonably fast internet. Lounge had all the ambience of a
cafeteria. Don't recommend using. If you are an infrequent traveller with only the basic or
intermediate priority pass save your money and go the pub opposite instead.
