Used the Lounge before E Gate. Good beverage selection but boring Food selection. Never changed in 5
years, or longer? Don't understand the 4 seat arrangement as most travelers are alone and use the
time with their Laptops. Sockets are very limited. Often problems with the coffee machines, which are full stickers and leftovers of tape glue. Aircon
not very good as in the whole Airport. WIFI often crash. Friendly Staff and good cleaning of tables.
Kids Playground available as well as Computer rooms. No Flight information screens available, so watch your time. Overall, I liked the Dong Muang
Lounges, at all locations, much more. |

Classic Thai welcome on arrival - very airy lounge with more private areas leading off. Comfortable
seating and a full dining area if required. Full choice of food - freshly prepared to order - do not
help yourself! The club sandwich is as good as it gets. Full bar inc champagne but disappointed with
the reds - no Pinot Noir. Staff will escort you the 50 yds to the Spa for a complimentary massage -
well worth doing to ease jet lag. There are showers and private cabins with sleeper seats for longer
stopovers. If there is a gripe it is that the toilets are "no flushing of tissues". I know that the
whole of the airport waste disposal is based on this principal but I havn't experienced this since
some 30 years ago I had a holiday in a Greek Taverna! The whole Thai First experience -
aircraft, cabin service, ground service and the First Lounge makes Thai the only carrier to use in and
out of its home base.

The Concourse C lounge is the least crowded, offers showers, and a sleeping space. The bathroom
amenities are really nice. The food can be better, and the staff always
seem busy going in and out of the kitchen. The internet and computers seem to have problems.
If you are a Thai business class passenger, you can use the lounge spa and get a free
20-minute massage - this is the best part- but only if you are actually flying Thai business (or first) class.

I was on Air Canada flight to Vancouver and had a choice between this lounge and the Red Carpet
lounge next door. As I have been to the Red Carpet lounge before, I opted to stay in this lounge.
The lounge was small but really airy. Food selection was ample and fantastic. WiFi was great.Staff
very helpful and attentive. I was travelling with my niece, though she was travelling with Cathay
Pacific, but the lady at the reception made sure that she got in after paying a minimal fee.
Now, that's customer service! Quite the contrary when I went to the Cathay Pacific lounge on
Christmas day. I was holding a business class boarding pass and my nephews were travelling economy.
They needed to take a shower and when I talked to the people at the reception, they were not willing
to let them in even after I offered to pay.

Considering there are only a few Thai flights a day out of Krabi this is an exceptionally good
lounge. Lots of seating areas, internet access, newspapers and magazines, decent snacks and a full
selection of soft drinks.

This is a newly refurbished lounge located airside on second floor of Terminal 1. It has soft
mood lighting, new purple sofas which are comfortable & nice clean carpets. The lounge food for breakfast
- muffins, salmon
sandwiches, other finger sandwiches, bread rolls, biscuits, a good spread of soft drinks, beverages
& alcohol. Food & drinks replenished regularly. The lounge is quiet as there were not many passengers
using it between 6am to 8am. Massage chairs are located at a hidden corner. No free internet kiosks
& you will need your laptop to tap onto WiFi. A negative point is that you have to exit the
lounge to get to the toilet and then re-enter the lounge again.

A year after opening, this lounge hasn't managed to fix many of the problems - frigid air
conditioning, very gloomy interior, boring food selections that haven't changed since it opened and
washrooms of a particularly poor design which are difficult to keep clean and tidy. On the plus side
are the Wi-Fi, quiet work areas and well designed snooze areas. I still prefer the old lounges in
Don Muang.

This was a small lounge compared to the one on concourse D, but a good lounge. It had showers and
slumber rooms, which are very good and clean, though less in number. There wasn't any queue to use
them. The main disappointment was the food. There was hardly anything to eat. There was good
internet connection, computers and printers.

Probably the best of the Lounges in MNL. Attentive and helpful staff, with waiter service. Very good food and
drinks selection. Free Wireless Internet available. Can get a little crowded.

Seating seems to be okay at the times I use the airport. However, the food is simply appalling
considering we're in Thailand, which has such an abundance of great cuisines.

Often (the four times I went in Jan and Feb 07) overcrowded due to the configuration of seating
which is mainly in groups of four. The food and beverage is not that interesting but adequate
considering you usually are served a meal after boarding a flight. The showers and toilet
facilities are excellent although had to wait in a shower queue twice so 2 are not enough.
Internet ok if there aren't too many people wanting to use it. The lack of departure screens and
boarding information is laughable.

Pleasant enough in basic design, though it does get somewhat crowded when a Bangkok flight is about
to depart. There is no door, so it is too open for my liking, the feeling of exclusiveness is
missing.
There are 2 computers and internet access is slow and lacks privacy - there is no flight
information screen inside the lounge and no announcements are made [though you can sometimes just
make out the announcements from outside].
