Small and basic lounge. Wouldn't have fitted everyone if business class cabin was full. Decor dated
and showing its age. Very limited range of food available (possibly due to early morning departure).
Too few bathroom facilities for lounge.

Spacious lounge. Nice modern decor with lots of timber, leather and marble. Good variety of hot and
cold food, drinks, snacks and desserts. There are a large number of PCs with fast internet
connections available. Staff courteous, but seemed almost overstaffed with some male wait staff
standing around watching TV in lounge area. Bathroom and showers were kept spotless.

I used the new First Class lounge at T3 twice recently and have come to the conclusion that
Singapore Airlines has really let themselves down with this new lounge. The food and drink area is
very small and the selection of wine and food poor - I think that the lounge in T2 is still better
although older. The seating area is very average and the showers are OK but not any improvement on
T2. The business centre seems (but I am not sure) to be shared with the Business Class lounge and
very, very busy. Overall a big disappointment for a flagship lounge.

Just noting the comments about SQ not honouring their Star Alliance commitments - at least the T2
SATS lounge has washrooms. The new lounge in T3 for Star Alliance customers has neither washrooms or
showers. SQ seem to have excelled themselves in demeaning any other Star Alliance partner guest and
should be honest enough to admit they don't want to be a part of it.

Terminal 3 in Changi is a beautiful building, so I was looking forward to seeing the new lounge. It
was a big disappointment. Very crowded, felt cramped with a small food and beverage area. Not a
patch on their other lounges around the globe. For their flagship airport I would expect a lot more
from Star Alliance.

Still very new and probably not really properly sorted out yet. The first time I went, there was no
hot water for the showers; the second time all the showers were occupied for a time.
The lounge decor is quite opulent and not crowded but there is a shortage of power points in some areas. There was no
wine - only a few spirits and some draught beer. There is quite a good selection of hot Asian food
as well as a few sandwiches and other snacks.

I have to agree with an earlier report that the SQ Star Alliance Premium lounge in Changi T2 is sub-
standard and not a patch on their own Silver Kris lounges or other Star Alliance lounges.
Food is limited, seats are limited, the washrooms have no paper towels - only tissues. The only thing in
abundance is the booze. I hope that T3 is better!

After a horrific flight in economy, I was looking forward to using my Star Alliance Gold card to access the
SilverKris lounge - I was politely directed to the premium lounge instead, which is not a scratch on
the SQ business lounge.
This is a bit of a cop-out, SQ only half fulfilling their obligations as
Star Alliance members. In comparison the showers were poor, the food/drink was brutal, and there was
little space to relax, I'll be using Thai from now on.

There is a vast difference between the Business and First Lounge.
Main things I found different was that the Business lounge was crowded (I arrived around 10pm).
The food selection was poor.
I slept the night in the recliner chairs at the far left side of the lounge. They were comfortable,
and it was moderately quiet, tho ear plugs really did make the difference.
My main complaint was in the morning when there was an extraordinary wait to use the limited
showers. I had to accept that the wait was just too long and had to shower when I arrived after my
second flight. Overall I was disappointed with the business lounge.

Good large space which does get busy later in the evening as the departure times for the European
flights draws closer. The food and beverage selection is pretty good, and they occasionally have
guest chefs in to provide some variety. Always clean and well staffed, they also have an excellent
which can deal with any flight queries you may have.
Shower facilities are good and never too busy. It's much, much better than the business lounge, which is always very crowded. In line with their
747s flying the SIN-LHR route the overall facilities could do with a revamp and redecoration in the
near future.

The Silver Kris lounge is located in a far corner in the International Terminal after clearing
security. It has a separate section for First class passengers. The Business class section was quite
full that night. A single shower room was available but lacked any sort of toiletries etc. a good
selection of sandwiches, canapés and instant noodle soup mixes were available as well a selection of
beverages.
Free high speed internet access both wired and wireless was a very useful feature. As the
time for departure approached, literally every seat in the lounge was occupied. The reception was
manned by pleasant staff who were able to print out boarding passes and amend reservations as well
if needed.

A pretty nice lounge with free WiFi, great food (including Asian and western snack) and dessert,
free drinks, and shower facilities.
Business class section can get a little bit busy, when several star alliance flights are leaving
(since it's the only *A lounge in T2).

A very small lounge with no window, down side.
Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways and Air New Zealand are all sharing
this tiny lounge as SQ is the only Star Alliances carrier with lounge
here.
Very basic lounge. Wifi is great, no hot food, just pastries, snacks,
fruits and several kinds of juice and soft drinks.
One internet outlet only if you do not have laptop for yourself.
I understand this lounge only cater 4-5 flights everyday. Simply too
basic and small for premium passengers, this lounge can only handle one
load of aircraft at one time. The good thing is the lounge just located
right beside the gate as PER international terminal is really small.
