Visited the Ambassador Lounge at Changi Airport T3. To say the least, it was a huge disappointment.
Cramped seats, some of the seats/resting places were located in nooks & corners unlike the Priority
Pass Lounge at Terminal 2. But that was in 2012. It was big, spacious and it did not have that cooped
up feeling. Food was also lousy as compared to the T2 lounge. Beer & wines need to be purchased as
compared to the T2 lounge. All in all, it is Spartan in amenities and adjust your expectations
downwards.

We used our Priority Pass card here as we were flying SAA and they had no lounge. This is by far one
of the most tragic of facilities we visited - it may have been excellent about 20 years ago but it
seems like a place that time has forgotten. Old, dirty couches and insufficient seating. Snacks in
bowls (chips, popcorn and nuts) and some sandwiches on a tray. The place got so full that people had
to leave or move furniture just to get to the single restrooms. It probably did not help that both SAA
and British Airways had their flights within 20 minutes of each other! No Wifi and while employees were
all smiles, they didn't add much except to check us in and guard the door.

Refused entry as per book guests given priority over Priority Pass (Platinum Amex) members, very poor
attitude from staff , have had this before but they obviously oversell this lounge at the expense of
scheme members. No 1 lounge round the corner far better ( also Priority Pass).

Can't say as I was refused access via a rather nasty little sign stating No walk ins before 7pm!
Never seen that in the terms and conditions nor any requirement to pre book.

Really terrible. I paid $58 for my son and I to enter lounge. No food, no bathroom, no showers, no tv
working, no drinks other than poor coffee, water and juice. Uncomfortable seats. Worse than sitting at
the lounge near the gate. This lounge was the biggest rip off of my life. Priority pass you should be
ashamed.

Hard to find, near butterfly garden. Includes hotel and showers. Nice staff on door. Was politely
informed that all alcohol is to be bought, about USD8 per can of beer! Cheaper at cafe outside!
Food wasn't up to much either, a few hot plates and a bowl of apples. No cans, just a cheap soda
machine. Ice has to asked for. Not even a pack of peanuts. Really not worth the entrance I paid for my
friend to enter.

Quiet and relatively comfortable. Free wifi is just the Schiphol-wide wifi that kicks you off after 30
minutes and is limited to 1 hour per day - the sign-in won't work if you have services running on your
computer that communicate on non-standard ports, eg. mail clients or spotify. The food is very basic -
cheese puffs, cocktail biscuits, cup-a-soup and cake. The bar selection is much wider; they do two
different beers on draught and several different wines. They also have a soda fountain and a decent
water selection, as well as a self-service hot drinks machine. Whether it makes sense to access the
lounge with Priority Pass depends on how busy the airport is. If it is very busy, it is nice to have
somewhere quiet to sit and charge a laptop. If it is quiet, then you're probably better to spend your
$30 entrance fee at the bistro and make use of the relaxation area in wing F.

This was my first experience with my Priority Pass and I have to say I was very disappointed. Although
this is a very small Airport the lounge was no more than a few couches and a magazine or two, no
Internet Access was available and the snacks were crackers or cookies in a package along with soda and
water. This was all you received for $27 per person! I let Priority Pass know as soon as I arrived home
and their response was sorry. In reading some other reviews it seems there are no standard levels of
service with the lounges although they all charge the same price for access. I am sure there are some
very nice lounges to offset the ones like I experienced, perhaps a rating system would help prevent
someone from experiencing what I did.

We arrived at the 24hr Lounge at 1.30am and even though the front desk was attended the lights in the
lounge were all off. There was a small cheese selection and stale pakora snacks that had obviously been
sitting out for a while. An attendant changed the food over to a breakfast selection, which my wife
tried. Beans, Mushrooms, tomatoes etc all freezing cold - very strange. The alcoholic drink selection
was ok, although when I got a coffee from the machine it tasted very odd - bad milk maybe?. The
bathrooms were clean, one shower room which I didn't use and there were 4 computer terminals and strong
wifi signal. This lounge is used by Singapore Airlines First class and Qatar Business class. I would be
very unhappy if I had paid so much and this was the offering.

It looked a little worn but the wifi worked well, there was a good selection of drinks and staff
provided nice selection of appetizers. Between the ability to escape the airport crowds and
the access to free wifi I was content with The Oasisn.

As many of those non-airline branded Priority Pass lounges, pretty poor. Stained carpets, really
small and no free Wifi or even computers for use. Very limited selection of snacks, asked for soft
drinks but was told there are none. Strange as you could get almost any type of alcohol you could
think of. No bathrooms so you Need to use the (dodgy) Public ones.

As many of the lounges you that you can use with the Priority pass card, this is far below what you
get in one of the real airline lounges. Actually, this must be one of the worst lounges I've ever
been: There's no staff so you need to obtain an access code fir the door. Instructions to the desk
are actually incorrect on the PP website, the ground service desk has moved to Terminal 3. Lounge
itself is extremely underwhelming, hardly any food apart from some chips and the likes, booze they
have selected the cheapest of the cheapest brands around. Interior has the charm of a dentist's
waiting room and there is no free Wifi available. As there is no staff, you get dozens of self-
printed signs on the walls telling you to clean up and not to do this or that, very German. Avoid
were possible!

Dreary dark lounge with a very limited range of snacks. Facilities not what one expects from
an airport lounge. Lounge quiet empty (no wonder). I was sorry I wasted time finding the
place. The plus is that it is quieter than in the airport; at least it was possible to sit
quietly prior to boarding. No toilets or washroom inside the lounge. Lots of staff, but little
for them to do since there were few passengers in the lounge. Most staff looked bored and who
can blame them.

Three Lounges named Louis Tavern CIP in share with Priority Pass. Provide a maximum 2 hours
stay for Diners Club members (who only just recently got access to these lounges). None of the
lounges have toilets or shower. Two of the 3 are very small and cramped. Clean. Food snacks
OK, but very industrial. Staff friendly. Chairs are too soft and very low - once seated hard
to raise. Difficult to orientate yourself in the airport (even after 6 visits hard to find
where to go for check in counter as they each are separated for certain airlines).

The only lounge available at BEY airport. As well as being the lounge for MEA it is used by
the likes of Emirates and Qatar etc. The lounge is split into different areas with a nice
smoking area and a children's area equipped with playstations etc. Fully stocked bar, but the
food was a let down - only a small selection of sandwiches and pastries available. Toilets
were clean and usable. A business centre and wifi in the lounge.

The lounge was very busy on this evening with many flights leaving. The facilities are pretty
good with about 8 terminals for the internet. The bathroom is clean with shower facilities
available. The let down here is the food and drink area, there are only ever two types of
sandwiches available. Both were stale on this visit, there was also lentil soup available
which I didn't try. There are no other hot food options - alcohol is available, but you must
ask the attendant for it, presumably to stop people taking advantage.

We chose this lounge because the Air China Lounge was supposed to close at midnight and our
flight was not until 2. The agent was trying to tell us that Air China was the service
provider for our flight so their lounge was open for us, but language barrier prevented us
from realising this until after. Lounge itself looked quite nice and comfy. The toilets were
clean and there was a very well equipped shower facility, which my wife tried to use but there
was no hot water! A business centre available with internet terminals. The big let down was
the food and drink selection. Only alcohol available was wine, beer, vodka or tequila -
packaged sandwiches which were two days past there best before date, some Koka noodles and a
stale piece of bread. Very poor for a business lounge. The attendant was eager to get rid of
us and told us 45 mins before the flight that the flight was boarding, even though it didn't
show as boarding on the screens. For the second half of our visit the night duty cleaning
staff worked around us preparing for the morning rush!

There is no dedicated Priority Pass lounge at Narita airport. Priority Pass shares the Korean
Airline business lounge. The customer representative at the front desk is courteous. Food
selection is average. There is no cooked food. Just pastries, biscuits, nuts, and a selection
of cold and hot beverages. Beer is available. There is no dedicated toilet nor showers. Lounge
is quite comfortable with TV and wifi access.
