This lounge is starting to become popular so fewer and fewer seats available. Staff very gracious in
welcoming you. There is a fairly good selection of food available, type depending on the time of day.
Nice to have an espresso machine. Staff circulate removing used dishes and glasses. Only complaint is
that there is only Toronto daily newspapers, Westjet inflight magazine (and they don't use that
terminal) and commercial magazines promoting condos for sale in Toronto.

The lounge was nice and being very early in the morning, only a few sleepy travellers. We suggest the
inclusion of recliners instead of just armchairs. Also, the there was some litter on the tables which
staff didn't clean at all even though there were only 2 passengers in there when we arrived. Some of
the food was tasty but the boiled eggs looked like they'd been boiled for a couple of hours and left
out. Not many varieties of food but we still happy at what was on offer. Good selection of chilled
drinks. There's also a hot beverage machine. Internet was fast. Washroom was clean. Pretty much sound
proofed from the very busy terminal.

Wanted a shower, but told by agent the lounge does not offer any. Hot dinner
buffet, salads, an espresso machine, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, snacks,
and nice sitting room. The lounge looked brand new, and at same level, if not
above, that of Maple Leaf Lounge in terminal 1 domestic. Bathroom was small, but
clean. Considering the food and drinks I got, it was worth the small fee.

This lounge does not meet the standards you'd normally expect in an airline
business class lounge. It is small and people had difficulty finding seats on
both our visits to this lounge. The food and drink available clearly indicate
that the lounge operator is spending as little money as possible. Noodles,
spaghetti, something that looks like meat, all look unappetizing. Chips and
peanuts are soft and stale. Sandwiches are absolutely pitiful. When I arrived
there was about a glass of white wine left in the single wine bottle available.
Nearly two hours later, the bottle remained empty and was not replaced. After
using this lounge twice, I'd recommend fellow travellers to simply make use of
the very comfortable seating areas throughout the international terminal, for
free. I'd only recommend this lounge to travellers who may be in transit and
need some quiet sleep - the only saving grace of this lounge is a couple of
small rooms containing a reclining chair where one can get some quiet rest for a
couple of hours.

Paid $40 canadian inc tax for 3 hour use. It is not the best lounge but not the
worst. we had a 4 hour stopover and think it was worth every penny we had a
shower which was not luxurious but adequate and figured the food provided was
better than what was on offer on sale in the terminal. There was wine, spirits
and beer available and included in the price but I did not indulge but I did eat
some of the food, including a chicken curry, beef stew and pasta. Internet was
free including printing. If you have over 2 hours to kill I would recommend this
lounge.

The Plaza lounge is basic. It is small, two 747s leaving at the same time would
fill it. The furniture is grubby and the food choice poor (a rice dish, a curry,
egg sandwiches, a veg dish and some peanuts). I asked for a glass of wine and
was told I would have to pay for it. There is beer. With the possible exception
of Trivandrum in Kerela, this is the worst business class lounge I have come
across. Although we had Malaysia Airlines tickets and were flying Malaysia
Airlines, because we were on a KLM booking, we were sent to this terrible
lounge.
