The Plaza lounge is basic. It is small, two 747s leaving at the same time would fill it. The
furniture is grubby and the food choice poor (a rice dish, a curry, egg sandwiches, a veg dish
and some peanuts). I asked for a glass of wine and was told I would have to pay for it. There
is beer. With the possible exception of Trivandrum in Kerela, this is the worst business class
lounge I have come across. Although we had Malaysia Airlines tickets and were flying Malaysia
Airlines, because we were on a KLM booking, we were sent to this terrible lounge.E
