Uncomfortable and inadequate number of seats. No couches to stretch out on. No showers. Single
toilet for all passengers. Certainly not at all suitable for long distance layovers. Loud and
noisy. Barely more comfortable than the main part of the airport itself. Does not add to Austrian's
credibility.

Not the biggest lounge and it gets quite busy. Nevertheless, very trendy and airy design. Stylish
bar area with plenty of drinks and a small, but high-quality selection of food. The Do&Co mousse au
chocolat is worth a detour to this lounge! Llimited toilet facilities which force you to queue.
No public PC available, but wireless internet if you've got your own PC with you.

Besides the lift only access, which can be slow if a lot of people are trying to access at once,
this lounge was disappointing in size and amenities for the flagship lounge.
It is adequate for short haul European trips, but woefully inadequate for those on long haul
journeys, or transiting Vienna (which I was doing). Having arrived from PEK, I was hoping to get a
shower, change and freshen up - especially since my connecting flight had been delayed an hour. No
shower, one toilet cubicle in the men's (which means queuing when busy) for starters. Seating was
hard to come by initially as it was packed, and less suited for relaxing than sitting at a table to do work.
Free internet access on wifi, and staff friendly enough, but besides that it
was the one thing that spoilt my Austrian experience. This lounge needs expanding, significantly -
with larger more comfortable chairs, larger bathrooms with showers, and an improved food
selection (which given the food onboard Austrian airlines shouldn't be difficult).

Airy, great view airside, some nicely presented hot food (choice of two soups, three mains and two sides). Full
range of alcoholic beverages, though few soft drinks available. Espresso machine.
No Wifi, only two internet terminals. Reading material in Russian, not much in English (or German). Glass tables not
good - hard to see them and frequently bumped into them. Only two toilet cubicles - male and
female/disabled.

Lounge at Vienna is reminiscent of a Costa Coffee shop at a motorway service station.
Very poor selection of nibbles available and themed contemporary seating which was only comfortable for a
brief visit.
Washroom facilities clean but basic and very old fashioned.
