Pretty much the normal NWA lounge. Been there more times than I care to count over the past few
years. Lots of space, very clean, and almost nothing to eat. Crackers & cheese, a few pieces of
fruit, and little packets of snacks (like was served on the airlines to passengers years ago) is
about the closest thing to food they offer. They do offer a holding area for bags, that can be
handy if you want to run over to the airport's smoking area. Staff is friendly. |

A decent modern and spacious seating area is provided with a nice view of the tarmac and planes.
English and Japanese newspapers were available, but few magazines.
Very simple snacks such as crackers and cheese, apples and oranges. Beer, wine, spirits and some soft drink were self-service
style. 2 internet terminals and local phones are also available for use.

Northwest has opened a second WorldClub in Satellitel 1, again it is spacious, great views of the
airport activity, well appointed, offers free WiFi, and offers at least 8-10 free widescreen Apple
computers free of charge.
In addition, it offers an upgraded menu of food items including hot and
cold sandwiches, and and assortment of sushi. Great selection of magazines and periodicals as well.
I always look forward to my connections at Narita.

This is a small lounge. There are no windows, so the lack of natural light makes the lounge a
little claustrophobic. Ironically the public spaces in the airport are light and airy! Strong musty
smell emanates from the carpet.
No internet terminals, but wireless appeared available if you bring
your own computer. At the time (breakfast), toast, muffins, juice and coffee were for the taking,
self-service style. Staff were friendly and helpful. This lounge could do with a revamp or new
location though.
