The staff were helpful, coming round and offering drinks and hot towels. Limited selection of hot
and cold food, but what was on offer was interesting and good quality. Nice little selection of
snacks to go with your champagne. The adjacent first class section of the lounge gets the best
views, but there is still an OK view over the apron and one of the runways.

At first the lounge feels great and very roomy but on closer inspection its just not that great .The
food is quite uninspiring and not reflective on what you receive on board in business class.
Considering this is their hub i really expected more. Shower facilities are great and the noodle bar
is a great idea but there was only a choice of 2 hot things. Sandwiches and cold buffet didn't look fresh at all.
The temperature in the lounge on both occasions made it very uncomfortable as it was icy cold and
others were trying to rug up. Computers dotted around the lounge are great and always seemed to be
free. Front desk staff very helpful.

Been a few years since I visited the lounge, but it is still quite nice. Maybe a little worn out in terms of the
seats and carpets needing replacement, but otherwise still spacious with great daylighting and pleasant views over runway areas.
Staff on reception reasonably nice, but nothing like as friendly as MAS cabin staff! The shower rooms are nice and offer good amenities,
but again found them worn out - tap was loose, and other equipment not all working properly. WiFi service in the lounge was excellent,
great choice of magazines and newspapers. Biggest let down is the food area, which does not match MAS standards. The supposed hot foods
were all lukewarm, the waiting staff not very friendly. Did not get to try the fresh noodles as it was breakfast time, but they desperately need
to improve choice and quality of buffet breakfast they offer. Why no a la carte dining with food made to order?

By far the best airport lounge I've found. Offers a wide verity of hot and cold snacks. The
menu offers western as well as eastern foods. The smoking area in the first class side is very
nice, with it's own little bar, over stuffed seats, and flat screen TV. The smoking area in
'business class' is a little bare, often crowded, but at least you can smoke! If you need a comb,
toothbrush, etc - no problem all are free for the asking. Sure it's showing a bit of age, but who
cares, it offers more goodies than others.

A large and pleasantly spaced lounge with plenty of comfortable, if somewhat aging, seats. Friendly
and efficient staff. Excellent facilities such as showers and a massage room. The food is of very
high quality with the option of buffet or limited (free) a la carte service.
The lounge also provides free high speed internet access. It is well located in the airport with easy and quick
access to all gates.

Crowded, very little improvement (besides adding the
noodle stall), and showing sign of aging. Front receptionists were unfriendly. MH
need to look into the attitude of lounge receptionists, passengers are expecting warm welcome from
them and not cold or discriminating look from them.
On the good side, the cleaning staff are efficient in clearing tables to make vacancy for newly arrived passengers. Flight information
display within the lounge still very poor.

The food (breakfast time) was reasonable and there was a good selection of juices, spring water,
coffees and liquor provided.
The staff seemed fairly friendly and helpful, although it seems to be a help yourself deal with the
showers. I arrived at 6-00am and the shower 'desk' was unattended, so I helped myself to towels,
shaving cream, shampoo etc which was behind the counter. I might add that the toiletries are quite
nice and fragrant! |

Easy to find this lounge after arrival into KLIA. Staff at reception seemed grumpy and offered no
help or advice about facilities.
It was a busy time in the lounge (0830) and seats were quite scarce - we wanted 4 together and not
easy to find at this time. Food and drink self service, and choices fair - but the range and quality
of food is poor for what I thought would be a flagship lounge for Malaysia Airlines.
Had a long wait/queue to have a shower, and when I finally got in there it was still quite dirty from
the last customer !!? Very small and not very good shower facilities - could not really get to my bag
and sort out clothes, change etc. What a real disappointment this was.
Overall found this lounge disappointing - staff service was simply terrible by the sheer lack of service,
and the food a real let down. Wifi worked okay so managed to check emails while we were waiting. Out of 10, I
would find it hard to score more than 4 for this lounge.
