Small, teeny-tiny and dark. Manned by a sultry South Asian girl whose cellphone is pasted on her
ears even when she's taking care of customers - how rude! There are not enough chairs for all
Business Class passenger for one Boeing 747, not to mention the lounge is used together with other
airlines as well! The choice of food and beverage is very limited bordering to none, and with the
high occupancy rate it soon disappear and was not being replenished properly. The Lounge is a
disgrace for an airline the calibre of Lufthansa - or did this one passed their radar screen on
"things to improve"? KLM has just renovated their lounge nearby and I visited a friend there and
even though it is not great still I prefer to go there any day rather than the small cramped room
that Lufthansa call lounge in IAH.

Brand new but not really a lounge - more like a holding area with food and drinks! And I'm quoting
the lady in the front desk at that! There is no shower, no locker, only food and beverages including
several choices of wine. Food choice was quite good, some fruits and yogurts available
with muffins and sandwiches. Had I known that I will go to the Business Class Lounge in Terminal
"B" to freshen up first before entering this one, since this one is after the security check point.

A bright, airy lounge with shower and locker facility. Enough seats in the lounge. Service is good and
cleaners make regular runs to take care of used plates, glasses and rubbish. However the lounge start to show its age and very limited selection
of food and snacks.

This lounge has had its day, overcrowded, which at best is good only for free drinks and a clear
bathroom. No shower. Ambience is mediocre. When staff were asked about a flight that had a
strange status on the departure screen ("will be at gate 3" even though it was late), was told that
they didn't know and didn't try to find out! Food is nuts and crisps, in an international lounge!
Lounge was clean, but clearly shows there is no interest in doing anything about it given Lufthansa is moving
to Terminal 1 later this year!

Dark place, cold atmosphere. Good choice of drinks, but food selection was poor. Antipasti-buffet
with lot of oily things and the usual Lufthansa sausages with potato salad. As it was not busy, food
was standing there for a long time showing signs for getting dry already. No public PC available
like in SAS lounges for example.

Contrary to the previous comment, I found a cozy place and comfortable chairs. However, it is true
that the selection in the business class section of the lounge is not the greatest. The calm
atmosphere makes up for that and I prefer this lounge to the Swiss Business Class lounge. Just
because it is off the centre of the terminal, it is much quieter.

Acceptable ... just for a Gold Lounge - more like what a normal C class lounge should be. Choice of
food limited, drinks choice not bad. Due to the ever-present smell of instant soup, LH lounges
always remind me of the school canteen and not a relaxing nor over-pleasant environment. This lounge
is spacious but very busy and quite noisy. Better than many American Lounges but several steps down
from some Asian Lounges.

Lounge with new design, but a little bit cold atmosphere. Reasonable choice of cold food and a soup
of the day. Very modern and trendy washrooms.
The place is a little bit dark as there are no windows to the outside. |
