The worst airline lounge I have ever had the displeasure of using. I had to circulate for 15
minutes before I found a seat. The variety of food was insulting, all that was on offer was cereal,
pretzels and crisps. The toilet facilities were cramped and the lounge was staffed by miserable
employees. What is strange is that the entrance to the lounge via the stairs and 'lounge guard'
misleads passengers into thinking that somehow the lounge offers any exclusivity. However this is
completely the opposite of what the airline are trying to create. This lounge was a joke and I
would have prefeRred to have stayed in the main terminal.

Quiet, plenty of seating, complex layout so you have a chance of privacy if you
need it for work. Good drinks selection and nice snacks and 'nibbles'. The only problem with this
lounge (and all at the new airport is directions. I go to HK once or twice a year, using various
carriers, and spend ages trying to locate the lounges. Signage is the pits! Why is the airport so
coy about these lounge locations? The first time I used the new airport it took me over 30 minutes
to locate my lounge.

Lufthansa's lounges, like all lounges in Boston's Terminal E are on the second
level, but are hidden because Customs took the entire level by the windows, thus
the lounges have no windows. Bar selection good in both lounges; the difference
is the Senator Lounge (First Class, Senators, and HON Circle only) has a better
selection (including hard liquor and Hofbraue beer). The Senator side also has
nicer seats, and is much quieter than the Business Lounge (Business Class,
Lufthansa Frequent Traveller, UA Red Carpet Club, and Star Alliance Gold). The
Business side has double the space, but also double the seats and double the
noise. The sandwiches were quite good. The staff were very polite and very
helpful, clearing our plates and glasses without us having to lift a finger, and
were very informative, announcing boarding of flights. The Wifi is currently
operated by Massport on a pay as you go basis, but according to the staff,
Lufthansa is installing their own complementary system, which will go online
soon. The lounge is also shared by Swiss International. One interesting part is
that Lufthansa's Frequent Traveller status is the same level as Star Alliance
Silver, but Star Alliance Silver members are not permitted in the lounge.
Overall, a good experience.

I have never seen such a wonderful, spacious and comfortable lounge. The Bar,
the buffet, the a la carte restaurant as well as the spa facilities are simply
divine! The personal concierge responsible for your stay in the lounge a
wonderful touch. What a great idea. I was even able to choose what kind of limo
I wanted for my transfer to the aircraft. Well done Lufthansa, you found
yourself a new First Class Passenger!

Uncrowded and open feel but poor selection of food and beverage. The shower
facilities are outside in the corridor and the two internet terminals are slower
than dial up speed.
The seats (both lounges and leather reclining chairs) are all uncomfortable and
the location of the lounge is so far away from everything it is not worth using.

Very disappointing Lufthansa Business Lounges throughout Terminal One. One would
expect a clean and efficiently run facility - however the opposite is more to
the point.
The lounges are in drastic need of a complete renovation as they are dirty
(badly stained carpets and grubby seating areas) and smelling of smoke.
Having experienced many business and first class lounges around the globe, these
are the worst that we have visited. I dread having to use these facilities again
which is the case only because Lufthansa's flight schedule fits my travel plans.
Hopefully they will get the message very soon to clean up their act.

The business lounge seemed like a concourse. No separation between smokers and
non-smokers.
Beverage and food offer fair, but by far not excellent. Lounge was overcrowded.
Long queue's outside facilities.
not what I did expect from Frankfurt airport - Terminal 1.

The Business Class Lounge is Spartan but does the trick! There is ample seating
in the lounge for patrons and a special area dedicated for TV's using lounge
seats with headphones. There are four computer terminals for internet
access. Typically Lufthansa, there is a bar but it is a bit spartan, although
the beer served is excellent (as you would expect from a German Airline). There
was hardly any food on offer, except some cheese cubes! There is not much
emphasis on the showers, although there are there and they are spotless and much
larger than British Airway's in London. Would have liked some more nibbles but
the lounge was clean and helped pass the time.

This Business lounge is a bit disappointing.
Except in the early afternoon it is always overcrowded and you often
have to share your table with fellow passengers. Furthermore there is no
distinct separation between smoking and non-smoking areas, which can be
quite unpleasant.
Beverages selection is limited but sufficient for short intra-european
flights : coffee/tea, soft drinks, juices and a few alcoholic drinks
(mostly beer).
Food is very limited too : some cereals for breakfast, dips and the soup
of the day for lunch/dinner. I would rather have some nice sandwiches.
Lavatories are clean, but there is a long queue to use the (only)
shower.
Incredibly there is no Internet Access point in this lounge! This should
be standard nowadays.
On the positive side, the newspapers selection is superb.

The Senator Lounge was so overcrowded that a member of staff was outside politely informing
passengers that an alternative Business Lounge was available at the Gate.
The Business Lounge was also very crowded with passengers standing around and occasionally getting the chance to fight over
a seat. It was incredibly smoky as there is no division between smoking and non-smoking.
However, the wine was pleasant and it ultimately has to be better than waiting downstairs in the crowded gate area.

The First Class Terminal is a separate building from the rest of the
airport and a car is provided to take you from the main airport terminal.
Plentiful shower and bathing facilities were remarkably well appointed and possibly the best stocked bar I have ever seen fronted
a food and beverage service which comprised not only a really well stocked buffet but also an a la
carte menu with dishes made to order. The accommodation was really spacious and luxurious. Large arm chairs and sofas are in small and discreet areas and you never feel crowded.
Service is personal and individual, starts when you arrive at the door and are
greeted by your own personal concierge, who tours the facilities with you, and ends when the same
peson collects you and escorts you through dedicated security and passport control before taking you
to your own limousine, which drives you to the aircraft.
