This lounge is a rip-off in my opinion. They advertise it as if you can spend your whole time there
between flights but in fact it is £20 ($40 US) for 3 hours and you can only enter 3 hours before
your flight. This actually means you can use it for 2.5 hours at most because of course you have to
leave the lounge in time to board the plane. The staff is snooty and unhelpful. I do not encourage
anyone to patronize this lounge unless they are prepared to pay the equivalent of £10 per hour to
sit in the lounge. This works out to be more than the cost of a hotel room per hour! At least in a
hotel you get a bed. They should clearly state in their advert that the lounge is for 3 hours and only for the 3 hours
before your flight so that no one is led to believe otherwise. Save your money and avoid this
lounge.
