Although this is the new lounge in Terminal 3 it can get very crowded. Food and beverage is good but seating is a little close together and there is not much privacy. The Six Senses Spa is great. Overall not a bad lounge but I do not know why Etihad chose to create such a small lounge in contrast to the number of people who use it. Etihad needs to attend to the washrooms as they were not what you would expect from a business class lounge.

The a la carte dining was superb with great attention by the staff. Again the Six Senses Spa is great, and just what you need before a long flight. The food and beverage section is well maintained and is of a high quality. Overall this is a fine lounge and rates as one of the best I have been in.

Excellent catering and drinks selection, complete with bar service. Abundant large screen iMacs for use, as well as Wi-fi. Well-kept though few toilets with a single shower, so there can be a queue. There is a Six Senses Spa, which gives complimentary 15 minute treatments with free clothes pressing. Inside the Spa are 6 more showers. The rush hour seems to be from 8-9 am. It was virtually empty before and after that.

MAN-BKK-MAN via AUH, outbound journey the lounge was good, no comfy seats left just stools so not that comfortable. The return leg I had 2 hours to wait - whole lounge was packed with nowhere to sit at all, I ended up taking a drink and leaving to find an empty seat in the also overcrowded airport. I have used this airline for the last 4 years and this is a new lounge - it looks better than the old one but way too small. The hot food is fantastic if you can find somewhere to sit and eat it. It does depend on what time you get to the lounge.

It is located next to the business class lounge which I understand used to be the premium lounge for both classes. You walk down a long corridor and reach a small reception area. Beyond that are couches and chairs. There are also flat screen tvs and day beds/couches which are comfortable. A restaurant and spa with showers and treatment rooms. The staff were fantastic and the food and wifi good. My complaint would be that the showers were very complicated to use although wonderful when you figured out how to turn them on! I agree with other reviews that the business class lounge does not look very nice and would have been much too crowded for both classes.

Wifi was not working. Toilets very dirty. The lounge is much too small to accomodate all premium passengers.

The lounge is obviously too small for the volume of passengers. I don't think passengers paying a premium to fly first or business should have to sit on stools because that is all that is available. Like another reviewer I also found it impossible to connect to the internet with my laptop. Consequently I used a PC station in the lounge. As soon as I was finished and escaped from the lounge as I found the cigarette smoke filled room intolerable.

On my second visit, we were asked to use the overflow lounge as the main lounge was full. I found it much more pleasant, at least it was not as smoky as the other space. I had been warned about Etihad's lounge and was not expecting much.

Lounge difficult to find at first. Located right next to Immigration. Receptionist friendly and lounge quite spacious. Selection of hot and cold snacks available and drinks served to your table by a waiter.

Wifi available but I could not connect with my laptop. Not sure whether it was my laptop or the system. Lounge also has a small gym and sauna. Overall a very relaxing experience.
