The new lounge fall far short from my last experience in the old terminal. The queues for the
toilets was unacceptable. A set of showers and toilets were out of order. Noise levels are
very high and you hear every flight being called, not what I expect from a lounge. You can
walk for miles until you find a relaxing place. Passenger sleeping every where and taking the whole sofa areas up.

This is a high class lounge. Great calm atmosphere. Comfortable leather seats, excellent
service, food and drinks, good internet connection and washrooms.

All the elements of a great lounge are there: lots of places to eat, good food and drink,
different types of seating environments, showers, business center, laptop power, entertaining
diversions, a spa. While there are nice finishes and furniture, the space feels like a
gymnasium with kiosks scattered here and there instead of a lounge. It probably aspires to
Virgin’s Heathrow Clubhouse, but falls painfully short. Once you get past the confusing crowd
at the entrance and walk around once or twice, you can probably find a place to stop that
suits you and staff were attentive.

Disappointing all round. Although there were no queues to get in and plenty of seats the
lounge itself is soulless and very boring. The showers had very poor water pressure and on the
day I visited, 50% were out of order. The food and beverages were good and T3 was a vast
improvement on the previous terminals at the airport.

Last time I used it I commented that this is how a business class lounge should be. Shame that
Emirates didn't think about that when they prepared the new lounge in T3 Dubai. The standards
in Sydney were very high, staff are a credit to the airline and I look forward to using it again.

I found the new business-class lounge at T3 in Dubai disappointing. Was there from around 7-8
am. Although there is ample provision of seating, these are provided principally as sofas -
and when I arrived these sofas were almost entirely occupied by people sleeping on them! Not
only does this make the lounge look bad (it looks like some kind of shanty-town where people
are sleeping rough), but it means other users of the lounge have nowhere comfortable to sit.
Also disappointed that the washrooms do not stock the Kenneth Turner toiletries anymore.
Ended up sitting at one of the many, many tables, where at least you could plug in your
laptop. However, the wifi is excruciatingly slow - to the point of unusability. Actually, I
still prefer the old lounge in T1 - no rough sleepers, it's quiet, the wifi is fast and comfort!

New T3 Business Lounge is huge but already overcrowded - long queues to get in - took over 10 min to
find seats (uncomfortable and in a passageway). Queues at ALL toilets. Catering is good but
service slow - similarly with refreshments. The area is so big it's difficult to find your way
about and to find the exits. Bigger but no better than the old T1 lounges. Used Emirates T1
Business lounge 2 weeks earlier (after some flights transfered to T3) - it was quiet and wonderful.

The new lounge feels like walking through an airport and not a lounge. It is not intimate, nor does
it feel warm. However it is a huge improvement on Terminal 1. There is a restaurant with a full
menu, spa with limited but good treatments, and showers (very small cubicles). Several bars. Lots of
seating areas, some flat screen TV's, and a Business Centre. Free wifi throughout the lounge.

Lounge was not dedicated to Emirates, rather used by many airlines. Dirty, overcrowded and the
restrooms were not clean. Ran out of glasses and when requested, was met by surly, miserable staff
who reluctantly found a few more glasses after about an hour. Extremely poor show, Emirates need to
look at this provider and determine whether or not it reflects the image of the airline.
