Everyone agrees that this lounge beats sitting in the awful "tube" outside, but that's about it. Aer Lingus, you need to incorporate free WiFi, some food, e.g sandwiches or whatever, and get some toilets in there. This is, as another user points out, barely worth the trouble of keeping up Gold Circle Membership for.

In short I don't know why we bother being Gold Circle members, lounge very shabby, no internet, Asking for a smile from the front desk would be as similar as asking for a lend of her kidney. No toilets, all out side and I think they found the TV in a skip. IN fairness it beats sitting by the gate but thats' very marginal. alcoholic drinks and soft drinks a plenty , no food bar a club bar or cracker. Come on Aer Lngus you've finally began to up your game now try and give your regular customers a lounge worth sitting in.

Undoubtedly the worst lounge I have ever visited - a cramped and dirty hole in the basement of Logan airport. Filthy surroundings, overcrowded with VS and Swiss passengers adding to the numbers. After a few drinks, I got tired of the broken light fittings, the stained ceiling tiles, threadbare carpets and poor selection of food and made for the public area where there was more space, peace and quiet by comparison. Shame on you Aer Lingus.

Bright and pleasant looking with Aer Lingus signature "hot" green carpet. Ample benches of conjoined seats in 10 abreast rows like found in a public departure area plus a few very firm cloth upholstered chairs with narrow arms and one soft sofa to accomodate anyone seeking to sink into a soft seat and relax. Good selection of alcoholic and soft drinks and on demand hot drinks from a machine. A few prepackaged snacks including individual Cheddar portions and crackers/biscuits. Local newspapers and very limited magazines. No computers/internet for those without a laptop. My visits were all mornings before a 10:35 longhaul flight and I never witnessed the lounge attendant pick up used drink items or snack refuse during my 2 hour average visits. She did disturb the peace vacuuming during each of my 3 visits. Lack of restrooms within the lounge is surprising as is the lack of shower facilities.

Lounge average looking very worn - in need of a serious face lift. Staff are of the "lounge dragon variety" - sour looking, smiles not allowed, and as like last week "I'm on a personal call you can wait 3 minutes until I'm finished attitude". Good supply of booze, non booze and basic snacks.

The internet is pay as you go - as per a previous comment, this is tacky in the modern day of wireless and broadband.

The Aer Lingus Gold Circle lounge in Dublin is pleasant enough - much better than waiting in the chaotic terminal. There is ample seating, which is modern and comfortable. The bar is adequate, with a self-service selection of decent alcohol. It also features nibbles such as peanuts. The large windows overlook the tarmac.

What lets the lounge down is that the Internet is a pay service via a kiosk (tacky) and there are no toilets - you need to leave the lounge and use the 1960s airport toilets nearby.
