✅ Trip Verified | We visited this lounge on 04/28 morning 5-7:30 AM on stopover between LAX and BKK. Entry was granted as member of UA Club and Hubby as my Plus One. The lounge has really good selection of buffet, both hot and cold food. There's some wine and spirits and a ton of fruit juice and soda to choose from. There are two espresso machines that were always busy. A separate dessert section have local sweets like mochi. The lounge starts to get busy around 6:30 AM when passengers start showing up for flights to other Asian cities. Cleaning service were very active and they clean the tables quickly. The only issue I see here is the size of the restroom that might be too small for a lounge this size. However the toilets here are very nice with functions like bidets and heated seats. Too bad the instructions are only in Chinese so I don't know what all the features are there.

✅ Trip Verified | Very nice lounge with excellent amenities. EVA staff have provisions for lounge occupancy. Nice clean managed shower service. Diverse warm food options, self serve scooped ice cream, however very limited liquor options? Adequate seating and good wi-fi and power access from most seats.

✅ Trip Verified | The lounges of EVA are probably among the worst I have encountered. The lounge had no sandwiches, salads, snacks (peanuts, chips etc) and the set up was a depressing set of steamed foods that appeared to have been sitting there for a long time. There are several lounges but only one is actually available to business class passengers. It is a terrible pity because the airline experience is positive but EVA relies far too much on its reputation and not on the upkeep of it.

✅ Trip Verified | This was quite a spectacular and unique visit. The lounge was packed, and our party of 6 had no seats together. We told the receptionist and an out of uniform manager approaches us and asks us to follow her. She has a key in her hand, she opens up a conference room, switches on the TVs and tells us to make ourselves comfortable! I cannot express my gratitude for this manager. She went above and beyond her duties. The food selection here was amazing. There were chicken wings, salad, sandwiches, pies, dim sum in proper wood trays, and the best of all, a Chinese-style pork ribs soup. The beverage selection seems a bit small and there was no sparkling wine. The bathrooms included L’occitane amenities and were of contemporary design.

✅ Trip Verified | Pretty good place, and consistent in the quality of service and food - really like the Ice Cream boxes in each side of the lounges. The food was fresh, flavorful and abundant. The clean up was prompt and things flowed well, with great WIFI and the restrooms were clean and well stocked. I look forward to the Lounge - the whole thing was well done/that said the hassle at the check in, and flights being late not good for me...

✅ Trip Verified | I rate this lounge very highly for its location - it is unique among airport lounges that I have been in, two sides of it are glass. Everything else about the lounge is good to average - food and drink selection, seating, etc. I don't remember seeing any showers, but this is not really a transit airport, anyway.

✅ Trip Verified | The lounge is one of EVA Air's flagship lounges in Taipei, opening to those who fly in EVA's Royal Laurel Class and its partners passenger in first/business class. The lounge has a decent food selection (both hot and cold). Noodle soups are provided as a part of the buffet The shower facility is not very fancy but definitely well-maintained. One downside about this lounge is you really don't get any views of the tarmac since the only set of windows face the check-in area. Overall this lounge is worth visiting if time permitted.

✅ Trip Verified | The infinity lounge at TPE terminal 2 is roomy with different types of seats, such as sofa, dinning table, work bench etc., many of them have AC power or USB chargers nearby. Food is very good, there is a wide variety of meals available. It also has 4 shower rooms but I did not use them. People who have used them told me it's very enjoyable. To use the shower rooms, just ask the front desk for a shower kit that includes a large towel. It was very quiet when I arrived, but I can imagine during busy hours there'll be a lot of passengers. Service personnel was very nice and courteous, they keep the lounge clean all the time. Wi-Fi speed was nearly 60Mb/s, very fast.

✅ Trip Verified | The lounge was a bit difficult to find, so I had to ask the information counter for directions and even with directions I had to search for it. The staff was nice and helpful, the choice of food was good (better than in Houston, reviewed earlier), however not sure it's suitable for Muslim travelers. The choice of drinks was reasonably good and available without having to ask for drinks at a bar (although not interested in any kind of drinks at 6 in the morning). The coffee was good, unexpectedly much better than in Houston. It was roughly full when I visited, however there were seats available. Although the airport was full, this was a nice place to have a coffee and check for emails.
