Alitalia should be ashamed. It is hard to fathom that Italy's airline would have this for a lounge in Milan, Much too crowded - not enough seats by a long shot. Catering, except for the coffee which was excellent, is pitiful. Insufficient capacity in bathrooms. Even the entry looks as if you are entering a back alley. Where is that wonderful Italian style?
