The lounge is located on the first floor of the terminal not far from security control. It can be
reached either by stairs or elevator. It looks brand new and and benefits from the new design that
Air France is implementing. Bright and airy, it overlooks the terminal area and you can see the
planes. Very nice seating and decoration. it offers a good choice of magazien and newspapers. the
drinks section is good and as it was breakfast time croissant were available as well as some fruit
brochettes. |

This lounge is located at the third floor, above the British Airlines lounge. From the lounge there
is a decent view of the activities on the tarmac. Inside it looks clean, with simple but comfortable
seats and a small assortment of hot and cold drinks and snacks. No power outlets for laptops. The
lounge was quiet, I was the only guest when I entered; later a few small groups of passengers
entered.

The lounge is located above the main terminal area, much like most lounges, however, there are no
walls at the sides only railings so the noise of the terminal below was heard in the lounge,
although this did give you a good view of everything. The seats were very comfortable and leather,
but were showing signs of considerable wear such as split arms. The coffee and beverages were good
and plentiful, but there were no sandwiches, only crisps and biscuits, which was disappointing. The
internet wasn't working and all terminals had an "Out of order" message on them. Aside from this,
the staff were constantly cleaning and clearing cups etc so the lounge was exceptional in
cleanliness.

Very small loft sitting atop the business class lounge serves as the first class lounge.
Uncomfortable chairs, poor snacks, and a few magazines and newspapers. I went downstairs to use the
business class lounge which has more space and facilities.
I think Air France has hastily created an
exclusive area for first class passengers and started offering services like limo drop-off just to
keep up with european competitors like Lufthansa. But they have a long way to go before they can
match the scale and sophistication of Lufthansa's first class services.

Large and quiet but hardly any view on to the runway; large choice of drinks (hot and cold) and
newspapers; rather quiet even when busy; staff welcome, depending on who is on charge; food choice
is a bit poor but tasty; restrooms small but clean and working alright.
I always managed to find a quiet somehow remote place even when the lounge was busy; one good/bad thing: no announcement keep
the place rather quiet but the TV screen boarding information is not reliable, I nearly missed my
flight to Athens last summer; last but not least, the lounge is before the security control so you
have to leave it some time in advance in case of a long line at security check.

Check-in agent is accompanying you through security up to the new Premiere Lounge, not very large lounge, but
very comfortable and good selection of Champagne and excellent choice of food. Excellent choice of newspaper and
magazines.
Very personalised service (immigration) and valet service to the plane. Did not
find the shower and massage area (which is advertised on their webpage). |

Surprisingly nice lounge - better than AF new flagship lounge in Paris 2(E). Nice view
of the tarmac - futuristic seating and design and decent selection of foods, wines and champagne.
Nice showers and free internet access available, however when full the lounge can feel slightly overcrowded.

The AF-business lounges in Terminal 2C and 2F are very similar.
At peak times they are horrible, overcrowded, loud and noisy. Selection of drinks is .k, sometimes there are some snacks (cheese
baguettes, fruits etc) which disappears within a few minutes because of the big amount of guests.
Rest rooms seems to be too small. Staff does not seem to be very motivated.

Probably one of the most uncomfortable lounges at JNB. Stashed into a corner of the terminal with
no windows and poor air-conditioning. We interrupted the agent reading some glamor magazine who
seemed very disinterested. Lounge smelled of bleach and the floors were slippery (perhaps
overmopped). Limited snacks and leftovers from other passengers not picked up for 15-20 minutes.
Another attendant put out 6-8 mini sandwiches at a time, ensuring that there was never sufficient
supply.
I took a look at the shower, and would not even consider the cramped closet area to clean
up. So disappointing - it got so warm that we left to sit in the open terminal to enjoy : air,
and a great view of the runway. When we asked the attendants about the air conditioning or about the sandwiches,
we were met with glares of annoyance. All three computers were out of order.
