I'll be flying on ANA from Narita to Honolulu this summer. Just found out that this is operated by Air Japan. Have explored the aircraft and service guide on the ANA web site, but wondering if it is different to regular ANA. I've had the experience of flying ANA on several routes and not disappointed, but a bit worried about Air Japan. Their web site is lousy. Any comments on this?

Air Japan is the lower cost subsidiary of ANA, mostly designed for lower revenue. (not sure but crew is less paid). Higher density of the cabin is the biggest difference. Service is great as always on Japanese airlines.
