Flown it from LAX-ICN. It was an old plane with old style business class seats. What makes
Asiana stand out above other airlines is the inflight service. The crew are so gracious and smiling
always. Reminds me of Singapore airlines of an era gone by. They do not give out amenity kits in
Business class but the toilets are well stocked with toothbrushes, creams , lotions etc. you must
check your flight schedules and if there is a 777 or airbus 330 series on your sector then those
wouldl be having the latest angled flat seats with AVOD and would make your journey far more
comfortable. They offer you a choice of Western or Korean menus and I Chose the latter as it was
really excellent.

I flew Asiana from LHR to ICN at the beginning of March and it was excellent. The had the newer lie-
flat seats and the food was excellent and the service impeccable. As the previous contributor said,
no amenity kits, but you could have anything you wanted and when you wanted it. I was really
impressed with the "in between service" and what was available. Outbound was a 777 to
ICN but flew
back to FRA in a 747 which had the old seats, excellent service made up for the seats

I fly often to ICN from LHR in this class. Now, you do get amenity kits, albeit small. You will get
777 on ICN-SYD leg; also 777 from UK, if flying from UK.
If from US, then may get 747; only one of these is refurbished, and the others have 80s style
business seats- but plenty of space and service.
As to 777s, most have lie flat angled seats although a couple still have cradle seats- very
comfortable in my view. Take a good book, as IFE may not be all that good.

I've flown DEL-ICN twice in the last few months on the A330. As mentioned previously, the inflight
service is second to none. You'll really feel pampered. The A330 has the angled lie-flat seats and
AVOD. Those seats are quite comfortable for sleeping or relaxing, and the AVOD has a decent
selection of games/movies/TV shows, so definitely check to see if your route has either the A330 or
the 777. The food is also decent; I would recommend the Korean option, especially the bibimbap if
it's available on your flight.

The service is always great on Asiana, particularly in Business Class. The food is quite good (go
for the Korean choice) and the planes are always very clean. IFE is hit or miss, but usually
acceptable. I'll say it again, their service is excellent.
