Can anyone comment on the punctuality of Air Pacific services from Fiji to Sydney? I have a three hour window between my arrival from Nadi and the departure of my SQ flight to Singapore. I’m now weighing up my chances of making the connection.

You should be fine. There are not that many things to go pear shaped normally and the connection will be inside the same terminal.
